![]() ![]() If you are in the cast, please be informed that our main method of communication is via Skype. The people who get these roles will be a part of the Dingle Rumpus Production Crew if they are interested. Please don’t ask for these parts if you are already in the main cast! We want everyone to play one character. Every audition we received was fantastic, and we want to use as many of the people who auditioned as possible! If you are interested in playing one of Naegi’s parents, Naegi’s sister, or the salmon, please let me know as soon as possible! (These characters have good lines, I promise!) These roles are not auditioned and will be given to the first person who wants them. We would like to get this project started as soon as possible!Īlso, we are offering a few extra roles to people who auditioned but were not cast. We’d like to uphold our promise of every person playing one character in order to have as many people as possible be able to participate! As a result, we are extending auditions for these characters through Monday, August 19th. ![]() ![]() ![]() First off, we are reopening auditions for Mondo Oowada and Byakuya Togami, the reason being that the people who auditioned for those characters were all cast as different characters. Now, we have a few matters of business to attend to. Thanks so much to everyone who auditioned! You were all wonderful! We’ve also got a crew list (in case anyone has questions, these are the people you can talk to!) Kyouko Kirigiri: lifeaccordingtothedreamer Here is the Dingle Rumpus: the Animu cast!īyakuya Togami: TBA (needs more auditions) Today, we went through all of the auditions and made some tough decisions, but we’ve come up with a (nearly complete) cast list! That’s all for now! We’ll keep you posted on what’s going on! We’re writing little bios for you, in case you wanted to know the people who are putting this together a little more! In addition, you may have noticed the “Meet the Cast” page, which is currently under construction. In the future, we’ll make little updates when we go into the next phase of production so everyone can keep up with how we’re doing. Once this process is completed, we’ll put the final video on YouTube so you can all enjoy it! We will sync all lines with the video and make any minor video changes that may be needed. We have actors from different time zones (as well as different countries), so the best way to get things done is to allow everyone to do this part on their own.įinally, Step 4 is final audio and video editing. We set a deadline so everyone can record their lines when they have the time to do so. Once everyone has made any changes to their lines, we will set a deadline for the next step. We encourage collaboration between everyone in the cast, and we’ve heard some fantastic ideas for characters and lines that have been added to the script. We are currently on Step 2: script editing. The first draft is done by the directors and a scriptwriting team (currently, it’s just the directors, but there will be more people on the scriptwriting team as the storyline progresses.) Step 1 is the first draft of the scriptwriting process. (Well, it has been for a while, but I just got the idea that perhaps we should keep our followers updated with the progress of each episode.)įor those of you who are new to our blog, the creation of each episode is going to go in steps. ![]()
